Executive Management
Michael O'Rourke's career with TIB started in 1984, when he first joined the bank as SVP/Chief Credit Officer. In 1991, he was named EVP/Chief Lending Officer, overseeing one of the largest correspondent lending divisions in the U.S. In 1999, he made the shift to the Investments Division of the bank and was named President of TIB Capital Markets. Then, in December of 2005, he was elevated to President and CEO of what is today the nation's largest and most trusted bankers' bank. He is only the third CEO in the bank's 30 year history.
